These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vseruae.com and purchases submitted through the Vseruae™ online store.
Store Operator & Acceptance
These terms apply to use of the website and purchases made through it. By accessing vseruae.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and applicable store policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order.
Eligibility & Customer Accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, or use the store with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding login credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, pricing, and availability accurately. Product photography, lighting, display calibration, and materials may cause colors, finishes, textures, proportions, packaging, or details to appear different. Product information may be corrected or updated if an error, inaccuracy, or omission is identified.
Order Submission & Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where payment verification fails, unauthorized or fraudulent activity is suspected, inventory is unavailable, a material pricing or product-information error exists, shipping restrictions apply, or we cannot fulfill or deliver the order.
Prices, Taxes & Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly shown. You must provide a valid payment method and authorize applicable charges. Additional payment information is available on the Payment & Security page.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation; holidays, promotions, or high volume may require up to 5 business days. Estimated transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch and is not a guaranteed arrival date. Returns, Refunds & Order Problems
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to return requirements. Following approval, receipt, and inspection, an eligible refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Report damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different orders within 7 calendar days after delivery; following confirmation of an error attributable to us, an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return, or remedy will be provided at no additional cost.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Promotions
Submit change or cancellation requests as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch. No cancellation fee applies to a successful pre-fulfillment cancellation. Promotions and discount codes may have expiration dates, eligibility, minimum-purchase, exclusion, availability, and usage conditions.
Product Use & Safety
Use products lawfully and according to applicable product descriptions, care information, and safety instructions. Any informational or design-context content does not guarantee a personal, financial, medical, or other result and is not professional advice.
Bulk Purchases, Resale & Intellectual Property
Contact us before unusually large orders. Commercial resale or wholesale purchasing may require prior written permission. Website branding, content, graphics, photographs, product presentation, and other materials are protected to the extent permitted by law and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, manufactured, imitated, or commercially exploited without authorization.
Reviews, Customer Content & Prohibited Conduct
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring it is lawful and does not infringe rights. We may decline or remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, sensitive, or irrelevant content. You may not commit fraud, submit false payment information, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, use unauthorized scraping tools, collect others’ information unlawfully, or infringe legal rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use. Nothing excludes rights, warranties, or liabilities that law does not permit to be excluded. Before formal dispute action, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the website.
